Shipping & Purchase Policy

Placing an order with RODAS GEMSTONES, JEWELLERY AND ART PLC (registered in Ethiopia, operating via hubs in Addis Ababa and Bangkok, Thailand) constitutes agreement to these terms.

1. Orders & Payments

· Accuracy: You must provide exact shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for re-shipping costs if an incorrect address is provided. Contact us immediately if you spot an error before dispatch.

· Pricing & Currency: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice based on market fluctuations. Pricing includes transit insurance but excludes secondary delivery attempts.

· Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and international bank wire transfers. Orders are canceled if funds do not clear within 48 hours.

· Security: We are PCI-DSS compliant and never store card details.

2. Fulfillment & Pickup

· Processing: Orders ship within 2–3 business days of cleared payment from either our Ethiopian or Thai facility, depending on inventory location.

· In-Person Pickup: Available at our Addis Ababa or Bangkok offices by prior appointment only.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments require an adult signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

⚠️ Warning: Do not authorize “No Signature Required” or “Authority to Leave.” RODAS GEMSTONES is not responsible for packages left unattended.

4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

All import duties, tariffs, VAT, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

· Cut & Polished Loose Gems: 7103.99

· Silver Jewelry: 7113.11

· Gold Jewelry: 7113.19

5. Risk, Damage, & Cancellations

· Damaged Goods: If a package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours. Keep all original packaging.

· Risk Transfer: Items are fully insured during transit. All risk of loss or theft transfers to you immediately upon carrier delivery confirmation.

· Cancellations: We may cancel orders due to stock errors (full refund provided). You may only cancel an order before it is dispatched and a tracking number is generated.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Ethiopia and Thailand, relative to the point of corporate invoicing.
